1. How do I place an order?

2. How do I pay for my order?

  • If you choose 'Cash on Delivery': You will pay for your order + shipping fee (50EGP) in cash once your order arrives to your doorstep.
  • If you choose 'Credit Card' payment: You will pay for your order + shipping fee using your credit card (Visa or Mastercard) online. 


3. How can I track my order?

3. What should I do if I have not received my order in 3 days?

4. Am I responsible to pay any taxes and duties on the items I purchase?
No, we pay all taxes and duties for the products


5. Can I return/refund a product if it has a defect?

If you check your product and it has a defect while the courier is still there, you can return it with him. Once you accept the product from the courier you cannot exchange or refund it. 

If you find a defect after the courier has left, please take a picture as soon as you receive it and send it to support@twizzystore.com and we will walk you through the next steps.
